Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ryan was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and giving me several options to consider, pointing out the pros and cons of each. Ryan kept me entertained, informed, and worked to help me relax and laugh through what many people call one of the most stressful experiences they have to endure.... This was not stressful- it was fun! And very efficient! I was in an out in about 2 hours. The level of knowledge and service was the best I had found after visiting several dealerships. I felt like I got a very reasonable price and my comfort level with the transaction was so high- I ha not am ounce of buyer's remorse the next day. This dealership is 60 miles from my house and I will take my car there to be serviced, etc. beause everyone I encountered at Steve Thomas was very friendly and helpful and I'm confident the service will extend to their service department as well. Without making me drive down to the dealership they were able to give me reliable quotes and frequent status updates as they certified the pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in. Alongside the updates, they also provided a detailed report during the financing process of exactly what steps were completed when the certification was done. All in all, I was in and out of the dealership in one and a half hours. I don't think that's ever happened in my lifetime. Ryan Amico was able to beat every quote that any BMW dealership in the San Fernando Valley provided me without having to haggle. I highly recommend him as a sales manager as he doesn't play games and gets strictly to the point. Adam Feldman was very thorough during the financing process and answered all my questions regarding payment, fees, and upgraded maintenance plans. Without a doubt he's very knowledge and has done this more than once :) Overall, every employee was friendly and courteous, and also kept my attention with great conversation during some of the downtime. I couldn't have asked for a better experience while purchasing my first BMW 335i. Thanks Steve Thomas BMW! More

When I started the search for my 2011 Mineral White M3, I visited many dealers around the Northern California bay area; they all gave me prices way more than I wanted to pay. I found Ryan Amico and Steve Thomas BMW online on a BMW Forum. I asked him how much it would be to order my car and he gave me a great price, way lower than any of the dealerships around me without any haggling or bargaining at all. He suggested what was the best bang for the buck, ways I could save by getting packages instead of individual items, and never tried to upsell me on anything. I ordered everything over the internet and by phone and never actually met Ryan or stepped fun into the dealership until 2 months later when I came to pick up the car. When the holiday incentive offers came into effect, Ryan emailed me to notify me that my car was going to be cheaper! Finally when the car arrived fresh from Germany, I couldn't pick up the car right away and Ryan was very accommodating about holding onto it for me until I could come down to Southern California where Steve Thomas BMW is. The paper work, financing, small text was standard. Everyone at the dealership was nice. I had a great experience purchasing my car from Ryan at Steve Thomas. More

My husband and I were in the market for several cars, and did not want to "play the desk" and fiddle with numbers like other dealers did (Toyota, Nissan, Lexus, Runnin to Bunnin). There were no games with Chris, the car I wanted was the car I was shown, and best of all Chris and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional... no games! I left the dealership already knowing I would purchase from Steve Thomas, but had to be sure my husband felt the same. We were both on the same boat, and came back that evening to get our certified used 2008, 528i. No regrets... thanks Steve Thomas! More

When I walked into the dealership for pick-up, all staff members there were both courteous and friendly. The pick-up process was smooth, quick, and completely painless, and was a much more relaxed and casual experience than with all of my previous car purchases.
