During our experience, Tim consistently demonstrated an open, professional and disarming personality which led to an engaging two way discussion with my wife on any of cars within the inventory. He answered or questions readily and we learned quite a bit on Premier and the certified pre-owned cars. We also met with Richard and Darren, both of whom made the experience comfortable and instilled confidence that my wife and I made a good decision is visiting Premier. More

His patience and expertise is evident and it is always a pleasure dealing with a real professional. Other staff include Paul, the technical wizard, who can explain everything about your car, and Richard who makes the paperwork move smoothly. Unlike other dealerships where the finance guy will try to hard sell you on all sort of add-ons, there is none of that nonsense here. Richard will let you know what’s available and if you ask he will explain the options but there is none of the usual high pressure. It is really a testament to the management that so many totally professional people have been brought together and kept together in a business not always known for integrity and professionalism.
