Driving more than 1 hour each way to visit the dealership, Tim was attentive and sympathetic in meeting our very specific list of requirements of what the vehicle needed to be equipped with, and the short timeframe we had due to very busy schedule. Although we did not purchase a vehicle on the first visit, we did on the second trip when Tim was quick to contact us about a vehicle that he thought would meet our requirements. In addition, Richard in finance made sealing the deal a friendly, to the point and easygoing event skipping the hassling often experienced at checkout.
