Professional, knowledgeable, fast and easy I went into Cape Cod Hyannis to look and become educated. I had some specific requirements related to the type of car I needed. I walked around and everyone was polite but did not rush me or bother me. . When I was ready I asked Brandon if I could ask him some questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and came up with solutions for me. He then brought over Joe and between the two of them found me the perfect car and delivered an incredible deal. I went in to look but I ended up buying a car in less then 45 minutes and picked it up 3 hours later. Brandon and Joe made that happen. The entire experience was as good as it could have been. They were as professional and as helpful as possible. This was as far from the proverbial car buying experience as anyone could imagine. Thank you both very much. Thanks for making what's become a chore, a bit less so I wish that weren't the case, but let's face it. What should be an exciting and satisfying experience is too often anything but. A pleasant, professional, buying experience can lessen those negative attributes though, and BMW of Cape Cod does aspire to accomplish that. Chad was helpful, professional, and I would certainly recommend his services. Brandon was my appointed "BMW genius" and a fountain of information and suggestions. This was my second vehicle transaction with this dealership. Though the fact that they enjoy somewhat of a captive audience here on the Cape is not lost on me, they've never made me feel that way.
