Friendly, Professional, Effective, & True to Their Words I walked into BMW of Cape Cod to understand the difference in the X5's as there are so many to choose from. Then I met Tim Muldoon. He was informati I walked into BMW of Cape Cod to understand the difference in the X5's as there are so many to choose from. Then I met Tim Muldoon. He was informative, kind, courteous, and most of all NOT pushy at all. He was so patient with all my questions and concerns about my next car purchase. (I have had some really interesting experiences.) Once he figured out what I was most interested in, he brought out the vehicle told me about it some more and then left me, my niece and nephew for the test drive. Being able to try it out and speak freely was perfect. When I returned, he was there to answer any additional questions that I had as well. In short, Tim is the perfect salesperson to speak with about a purchase. I was concerned about spending a lot of time with paperwork. Richard Harrington took care of that for me. He promised for it to be under 15 minutes once we decided on what to move forward with. He was true to his word when I finally made my decision. It was two days later, I decided to purchase the car. That is when Brandon Pavlakis came into play with helping me understand the car itself. I arrived when they were getting ready to close for the night, and that didn't matter. They made me feel like I was not bothering them and that my purchase was their number one priority. Truly amazing...also the next day, Brandon even came to my job and picked up the car to get the inspection sticker for me. I never even had to go! I would highly recommend going to BMW of Cape Cod. I am officially a loyal customer, and even sound more like a fan of theirs whenever someone asks where I purchased my amazing BMW X5. More
