Never by the paint protector or dent protection programs. Waste of money. I have chips on paint. Acrylic coat didn’t work. Lost ac in car end of June. Made an appointment to get fixed along with regular service. First available date was 4 weeks out. Was promised a loaner while my bmw was being serviced for day. 4 weeks later, ( whole month of July with no ac) I arrive at 8 am to drop off car. At this point the girl at check in tells me, “ oh sorry we don’t have anymore loaners available. I had to cancel due to having no way to leave. Could not reschedule within the next week. I took my keys and left. Thinking they would realize bad business practice I expected a call from a service manger to try to fix their mistake. Nope, never happened. They do not care about you after sale. Very poorly managed! More
