I recently had a performance exhaust upgrade installed by another BMW dealer in NH. Began experiencing exhaust rattling. Since I live locally, I did not want to return to NH.I contacted Maeve, explained my s another BMW dealer in NH. Began experiencing exhaust rattling. Since I live locally, I did not want to return to NH.I contacted Maeve, explained my situation, and she set up an appointment to have Cape Cod BMW technicians inspect my vehicle. Long story short, techs fixed the problem and Maeve told me there would be no charge, even though another dealer installed system. Very pleased and can't thank Maeve and CC BMW enough! More

Last week I had to have my BMW towed to BMW Of Cape Cod for an engine issue. They texted me when the car arrived safely which I appreciated.
