James Carbonell was knowledgeable, personable, and struck just the right notes in helping me to select my "new" BMW. There was no pressure to buy, but a complete willingness to help make it happen. So far, the after purchase service is as terrific as the pre purchase service. Bella made an appointment for me to have a quick service issue resolved, the parts department helped me with all weather floor mats, and Paul Capparella, the in house "genius" patiently re-explained how to work the computer systems in the vehicle.
