At the first visit the tech couldn’t hear the noise I was concerned about. At the second visit he could hear the noise when we took a drive together but it’s not covered under the Certified warranty. Excellent dealership, however did not honor coupon for service sent to me from Corporate BMW. Very disappointing. Maeve did an outstanding job with the customer service end of the visit. She went out of Her way to accommodate my schedule. That kind of customer service is so rare to find these days.
