After a routine visit to my local car wash I noticed one of my BMW rim caps was missing! I contacted BMW of Cape Cod. Spoke to their parts department (who was great btw) who stated they had them in stock an of my BMW rim caps was missing! I contacted BMW of Cape Cod. Spoke to their parts department (who was great btw) who stated they had them in stock and would I like them put on today? Yes of course! He connected me to the service department where I met Alfred. Alfred was very polite, thoughtful and detail oriented. Not only did they replace all of my rim caps but they did it for the cost of parts only. No labor fees! That was a nice treat :) Thank you Alfred and BMW of Cape Cod! More
