I waited for 90 minutes in the dealership for my car to be serviced. Nothing unusual with that experience. However, during that time, I saw most of the employees not wearing masks. It would be one thing to be serviced. Nothing unusual with that experience. However, during that time, I saw most of the employees not wearing masks. It would be one thing to not wear them when talking with other employees but this was employees talking to customers. The customers were wearing masks. Highly irresponsible makes me not concerned about driving the extra hour to another BMW dealership. More

Sales process was transparent and responsive but not high pressure. Questions were answered forthrightly and sales person helped us navigate the numerous (and often overlapping) accessories and packages so we are able to acquire the car with the features that we value. The negotiation process was not protracted and I feel was fair. I recommend BMW of Cape Cod as a good place to buy your car. I would go back to buy my next car. The people are easy to work with and the facility is modern and can provide the service required by the technology-laden cars now offered. More
