Excellent follow through on complicated repair job I am very pleased with the repair work that was done on my BMW convertible. It required a complex repair to the hard-top. He kept me abreast of how things were coming along from beginning to end, and he was very helpful & professional throughout. I would also like to recognize the technician, Dustin Ward, who worked on my vehicle. As I said, it was a complex repair that basically required completely dismantling, and then re-assembling, my hard-top. It needed to be done by someone who was highly-trained & knew what they were doing. Dustin went out of his way and worked extra hard to successfully complete this long and tedious job. More

Forgetting that I owned a bmw and the level of service that goes along with it, the crew at bmw of cc took on the large task of removing the clam shell driveway from my floor mats along with everything else!
