Excellent follow through on complicated repair job I am very pleased with the repair work that was done on my BMW convertible. It required a complex repair to the hard-top. He kept me abreast of how things were coming along from beginning to end, and he was very helpful & professional throughout. I would also like to recognize the technician, Dustin Ward, who worked on my vehicle. As I said, it was a complex repair that basically required completely dismantling, and then re-assembling, my hard-top. It needed to be done by someone who was highly-trained & knew what they were doing. Dustin went out of his way and worked extra hard to successfully complete this long and tedious job. More

Handled a difficult problem well I had my old BMW delivered from Nantucket to this dealership to have an electrical problem fixed. The service department found that the car needed much more work than made sense to do. When I decided to just scrap the car, the sales team took title, arranged for a salvage company to come get it, disposed of the vehicle, and offered my a $500 discount on any car I chose to purchase, even though they made virtually nothing on the service visit. I really appreciated their taking care of a problem for me. More

Frightening Myles was polite and helpful. However, I am an Infectious Disease and public Health Physician and I am taking this pandemic seriously. People in th Myles was polite and helpful. However, I am an Infectious Disease and public Health Physician and I am taking this pandemic seriously. People in the waiting room were not wearing masks and some employees were walking around with no mask at all spitting into their phones and passing by much too close. I had someone waste their day to drive down from Provincetown so that I wouldn't have to stay in a waiting room. I was told it should be done by 4pm and when I returned I was told it was done and being washed. I told my ride to go home and I would follow shortly. Then found out it hadn't even been inspected yet (my reason for the appointment) and that they didn't do inspections, it had to be sent out. I had no place to be with all these unmasked people walking around. (Myles always wore a mask). It was a horrible experience. I have also dealt with BMW of the Main Line during the pandemic and it was a totally different experience. The sanitized the car when you got there and covered it with plastic while it was worked on. They gave me a sanitized loaner car and then sanitized the car before I got it back. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves More
I contacted the dealership to have a check engine light addressed. The service department let me know that they could work my vehicle in pretty much any day that week if I could drop off for the whole day. addressed. The service department let me know that they could work my vehicle in pretty much any day that week if I could drop off for the whole day. 2 days later I had dropped the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the issue was covered under an extended warranty. I picked up my freshly washed and serviced vehicle later that day. Always a great experience bringing my vehicle here for service! More
