Went in for a regular oil change... I liked that BMW notified us that is was time and it was relatively easy to get an appointment. I will say, however, each time we have brought the ve I liked that BMW notified us that is was time and it was relatively easy to get an appointment. I will say, however, each time we have brought the vehicle in, there were recall notices that were taken care of. While this is not a criticism of the service department, it is of great concern to us that maybe we chose the wrong car. We've had it for a year now and between mechanical issues and recalls, we've been in four times..... that's way more than we ever experienced with our Mercedes C300 or other BMWs prior to that.
