The sales process went about a smoothly as i could have hoped for my first purchase of a car online. Joe Martin was great to work with. It took 2 days for me to find the car, contact the dealership, agree to purchase, and get a bank check into their hands. Joe found a scratch on the door he wanted fixed, which I appreciated. Then it took 10 days to get the car ready for delivery. The car was scheduled for delivery on March 24. Massachusetts went into lock down on March 23rd. I heard nothing from the dealership until March 27, when they told me they were looking for a truck to deliver the car by the end of March. The car arrived on Apr 13, 1 month after I paid for it. I understand the pandemic was a factor on some of the delay. However, I was disappointed in the dealership's efforts to get the car to me, since they went back to work for parts and service by the end of March. More
In these days of COVID-19, BMW Cape Cod made me feel very comfortable with the service of my vehicle. Set ice was good and friendly. However, it is extremely frustrating that we had to buy a new tire because the is no warranty on factory installed run flat tires. Had occasion to bring in my 328 I for service and to address one recall issues service was conducted in a timely manner I was disappointed when told my service light was on an it would be $150 to diagno address one recall issues service was conducted in a timely manner I was disappointed when told my service light was on an it would be $150 to diagnose the problem the day after brought my car to my local mechanic he put the vehicle on his computer for FREE then asked if I stored the vehicle for the winter to which I said I did he explained to me that most likely the battery ran low and tripped several service markers he reset the service light and asked that I return so he could look at it again my disappointment liyes in the fact that he did this all for no cost to me when I would have been charge $150 to most likely tell me the same thing not sure I will be returning for service More

Tim and friends always make purchasing a new car the ideal experience. The entire crew there is top notch. We are regular customers and have never been anything but completely satisfied with the service and product this dealership represents.
