I had my X3 towed to BMW of Cape Cod and that afternoon I was sent a video from the tech showing me the issues and explaining them as he pointed them out. After going thru the estimate with Maeve I asked her to also give this information to Tim in sales and have him contact me. Tim worked with me on possible replacement options and at the end of the day I purchased another X3. Tim is so easy to work with and I never felt any sales pressure.
