My journey started with James Carbonell Who greeted me when I walked in the door he was with another client but he Grace fully guided me to Darren Andrews to help me test drive six cars until I made the decision to purchase a BMW X6. James took right over an assisted me with the financing and got me an attractive rate! Financial closing with Richard Harrington was smooth sailing! Darren spent about an hour afterwards walking me through the car to make certain I knew all about my new ride. There was never any pressure any uncomfortableness. This team made up of James Garin and Richard did a bang up job and I will definitely recommend this dealership and TRIO on my social media and YELP. I am a very happy customer!! More

Out of state purchase/out of their way service I purchased a 2018 X2 online from BMW of Cape Cod. After doing a lot of research, they had the one we wanted even though it meant traveling out of sta I purchased a 2018 X2 online from BMW of Cape Cod. After doing a lot of research, they had the one we wanted even though it meant traveling out of state to get it. We had to jump through some hoops with a misunderstanding on my part that found us landing at the airport to get the car without a necessary piece of paperwork. Through Kyle’s and Richard’s efforts, we were still able to complete the sale and drive the vehicle away. They were both wonderful, going above and beyond to help and very prompt with all communication throughout the entire buying experience. Paul was very helpful in our introduction to the vehicle and helping get our phones connected and ready for the road. Would highly recommend them to anyone, in state or out! More

After I decided to purchase the car they were right up front With the price and financing, no hidden costs and purchasing the car couldn’t of been easier. When I had to sign the paperwork and get the deal done Richard was a true professional with a no pressure approach. He laid out every detail on the financing and it was exactly what I expected for numbers. No hidden fees or costs.
