My situation was unique in that I had found a great BMW on their website, but was living in NY and didn't have a full day to drive out to Cape Cod to My situation was unique in that I had found a great BMW on their website, but was living in NY and didn't have a full day to drive out to Cape Cod to check the car out. I was lucky enough to be put in contact with Kyle Dailey, who was an absolute dream to work with. My situation, I'm sure was more frustrating than others, since it was an out-of-state transaction, but Kyle was professional the entire time and made me feel comfortable about everything. The car was delivered in perfect condition and we love it so far! Richard Harrington was also great to work with on the financial end. He answered any question I had in regards to warranties, financing, etc. They get my highest recommendation, and would definitely do business with them again. Got a fair price for my trade in and was on my way once I said I wanted the car in under an hour. The buying process was easy and the car is sick!
