He is a consummate professional and made us feel very comfortable after a less than professional start with another advisor. We came into your dealership looking to decide between an X3 and an X5. We were met by Bella who did a wonderful job under the circumstances. She went to find an advisor but all were busy and apparently one would not be available for a while. She introduced us to Aidan, a recent High School graduate intern who also did a great job explaining the cars and coming with us on a test drive. Greg(forget last name) interceded briefly but said he was busy and Aidan could help us for now. After the test drive we started to leave and Greg stopped us and gave us his card but we could tell the was still busy, so we left. we clearly felt you did want to sell us a car. Despite that I called Greg back a few days later and said I would like to come back with my trade in and see what kind of deal could be done. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday at 11AM. When we got there Greg was again very busy and after some running around said he was going to turn us over to someone else who turned out to be Joe Martin. We almost walked out right then, but we went to the trouble of getting our potential trade in from our Newton home and did not want to waste our effort, so we decided to see if the attitude would change. Everything changed and Joe made a complicated transaction seem easy. Bella, Aidan, and especially Joe should make you feel proud. I understand your sales people are not on commission. Generally I would say that’s a good thing, but there can be a downside to that arrangement and maybe you don’t have enough client advisors and my experience is an anomaly. More
