My first BMW purchase was 19 years ago - a 7 series vehicle purchased from South Shore BMW in 2000. Today marks my fifth BMW purchase. Mr. Nicholas Laham - I met Anthony Laham three years ago and purchased a 2016 540i. As I am sure you will agree, Anthony is a good man which is why I chose to purchase a vehicle from BMW of Cape Cod. His respect for me during our sales discussions made all the difference in where I chose to purchase my vehicle at that time. Anthony listened to what I was interested in purchasing and he did not do what others have salesmen have done . . . he did not try to sell me an all wheel drive vehicle on the lot. He understood that I was committed to purchasing what I love - a rear wheel drive vehicle which is what initially brought me to BMW in 2000 (I previously owned a rear wheel drive Volvo 960 and many other rear wheel drive vehicles before that time - Nissan 240Z, Mazda RX7, Toyota Celica. I emailed Anthony this spring - letting him know I was considering a new purchase and he informed me that he is now at your Audi dealership. For a brief moment, I considered purchasing an Audi since I so favored Anthony’s personhood/manhood. Men like Anthony are hard to come by in the auto sales world. You are fortunate to have him on your Team. I am confident you already know this. Anthony was kind enough to introduce me to James Carbonell - and my purchase conversations continued as seamlessly as they did with Anthony. James was patient (as was I) and he worked to locate the rear wheel drive which we spent time designing together. Rather than wait for a build, James was able to locate exactly what I wanted. When Anthony told me he was at Audi, admittedly, I returned to one of your competitors where I purchased three cars previously. It was the second time I tried to make a purchase there in the last four years. Pricing was the same but the men/persons were different. That is, the individual salesmen I spoke to could not hold a candle to the good men/good persons you have in Anthony and James. Once again, I am sure you know this as you lead the way and set the tone for these men in your sales organization. A credit to you that these young men have allowed me to be comfortable making my purchase at BMW of Cape Cod. I thank all of you for making the pleasure of my purchase an enjoyable one.
