It just doesn't get any better I had spoke with James several times to make sure thing would go as smoothly as possible (yeah right). We flew into Province RI where Francis was waiting. Francis was wonderful, lots of stories, area history and pointing out sights worth seeing. When we got to BMW of Cape Cod the car was waiting for our inspection and Darren detailed it's features and how to use them. James showed up at the end of this tutorial asked if we had any questions and to follow him to his office. The paperwork was laid out on his desk neat and orderly. EVERYTHING on the paperwork was EXACTLY as we discussed, less than 15 minutes later we were leaving BMW of CC . It just doesn't get any better!!! More

We have had the pleasure of working with Richard Harrington before as well as Rebecca and the Service Team. I began working with Tim upon identifying the car I purchased on line. He made it easy to hold the car until I returned from out of state and made sure all arrangements were made for me to see and test drive the car. Tim is an honest and knowledgeable representative, the no pressure service orientation is a hallmark of his style.He explained the dealers pricing policy and found the price I paid for the car and the trade in I provided He was assisted by Darren a BMW genius who helped demonstrate the technology and features of the car. He is a very approachable and did a nice job showing the vehicle. He has great knowledge of the car and does a great job demonstrating and explaining the features of the vehicle Richard is the consummate professional. !115% Very Happy!!! I recently purchased a certified 2016 2 Series from Joe Martin. The entire experience was low key, no pressure and none of the "what will it take to b I recently purchased a certified 2016 2 Series from Joe Martin. The entire experience was low key, no pressure and none of the "what will it take to buy the car today" .Frankly the entire experience was very refreshing as I was dreading the usual car buying antics. There was no price negotiating and but more importantly the car was fairly priced. Joe was Great!! After taking possession of the car I noticed some issues. I called Joe and discussed and he said do not worry we will take care of everything you will be 110% happy. Joe had no issues just bring the car in. Joe did not question, etc. Joe was wonderful! We scheduled an appointment and I basically assigned a tech to spend as much time as needed with me to resolve any issues. He balanced the wheels, checked the alignment but unfortunately the noise was still there. Frankly I was very upset over the situation and discussed with Joe and then Richard Harrington the finance manager. Without going detail I said "if you really want to make me happy replace the tires with new. Richard asked me to do one thing and if not happy we would go from there. Unfortunately the problem still existed. Richard, Joe then discussed with Nicholas Latham the General Manager / Owner. When they emerged from the office I was totally shocked when Richard told me would replace my tires and wheels with new.!!! Frankly I was on cloud nine and SO HAPPY (115%). Wow !!! I was on Cloud 9. And most importantly switching the tires/wheels did decrease the noise. With all that said I would suggest that you shop BMW of Cape Cod for your next BMW or in any of the other brands they sell. They are very nice people Joe Miller, Richard and Nicholas, one price / no haggelling, beautiful new showroom, etc., etc. More
