Right from the day I visited the dealership for a test drive to the day my wife and I decided to buy the car (certified 2018 BMW X3 M40i) remotely and till the day of delivery James was very helpful, prompt and responsive. He was never pushy and let us take our time to decide and gave us a good deal in the process. Would definitely recommend him to anyone! Paul came all the way from cape cod to our house - which is about 100 miles away - to deliver our car. He was very professional, took his time without rushing anything and gave us all the details about the various features of our car. He was friendly and professional!
