Traveling from the Outer Cape home to souhern Connecticut in the early morning hours, I ran over a piece of metal/landscaping equipment/car part - qho lnows but this put a 3" gash in the tire. This was on a brand new car. - not even one week old! BMW Roadside Aasistance took the call and got me towed into Hyannis. I was assigned Arthur, and he was great to work with. Very accommodating and pleasant! He had them take care of the job right away so I could drive another 2 hours home and work remotely for thre rest of the day Lol More

Never by the paint protector or dent protection programs. Waste of money. I have chips on paint. Acrylic coat didn’t work. Lost ac in car end of June. Made an appointment to get fixed along with regular service. First available date was 4 weeks out. At this point the girl at check in tells me, “ oh sorry we don’t have anymore loaners available. I had to cancel due to having no way to leave. Could not reschedule within the next week. I took my keys and left. Thinking they would realize bad business practice I expected a call from a service manger to try to fix their mistake. Nope, never happened. They do not care about you after sale. Very poorly managed! More
