I asked service to check on a slow leak in my tire, as I would be driving to Florida. I was told there was no leak and not to be concerned. After 2 days of driving south and having to continuously put air i would be driving to Florida. I was told there was no leak and not to be concerned. After 2 days of driving south and having to continuously put air in my tire with the slow leak I took my BMW to a local tire technician in Florida. I was told that there was a large tack in the tire that which the technician on Cape Cod obviously missed. A very disappointing first experience with service. More

I recently had a performance exhaust upgrade installed by another BMW dealer in NH. Began experiencing exhaust rattling. Since I live locally, I did not want to return to NH.I contacted Maeve, explained my s another BMW dealer in NH. Began experiencing exhaust rattling. Long story short, techs fixed the problem and Maeve told me there would be no charge, even though another dealer installed system. Very pleased and can't thank Maeve and CC BMW enough! More

Last week I had to have my BMW towed to BMW Of Cape Cod for an engine issue. They texted me when the car arrived safely which I appreciated.
