I will not return. It's all about money and lots of it. 150 dollars for an oil change?! Another 150 just to look at my windshield washer fluid. Work product is always well done. Was a bit disappointed with my last service; car was kept at the dealership initially for 2 days waiting for parts, which turned into 3 days to complete the repair leaving with my last service; car was kept at the dealership initially for 2 days waiting for parts, which turned into 3 days to complete the repair leaving me no other transportation alternatives. Very pleased with the organization, service and cleanliness of the operation. This was my first visit and I look forward to using them in the future. My only “complaint” is that I had to request cleanliness of the operation. This was my first visit and I look forward to using them in the future. My only “complaint” is that I had to request an update after 2.5 hours of sitting in the lounge. Suggest you check in with customers every 2 hours or so in case they may need to change the game plan. Although this may be an issue with BMW USA rather than the dealer. More
