If only service could run like sales! Sales, especially James, is a model for any customer service organization: responsive, proactive, warmly genuine, efficient, and did I say responsive? We dread calling in, getting a loaner, being treated genuinely and not a number, getting responses after leaving messages. It is most frustrating. Sales is five stars plus. Service is a struggle. We are not new to BMW. We have seen more efficiency with service in the past. But the last couple of years has been tough. Your customers deserve follow-up and follow-thru. Please. More
