We brought our car back home two days later and the “brake” caution light came on so we contacted our service coordinator, Myles Leavitt. He was wonderful. He had someone drive a loaner to our hone (25 miles away and off Cape), and pick up our car. After having the problem repaired our car was returned to us a couple of days later. We went to go for a drive that night and the “service engine soon” light was on! Another call to Myles the next morning and he sent someone immediately to leave us a loaner and pick up our car. They kept it for several days and test drove it before returning it to us. They also had our car taken for its annual state inspection. I want to especially commend Myles as he kept us informed with what was happening. He was very helpful and understanding. More

For this survey, I must commend the service staff at BMW of Cape Cod for an outstanding experience with my 2016 X3. I had an unusual problem when the fixed glass component of my sunroof blew off my SUV while driving on the highway! With the weather forecast for the next two days showing threatening thunder storms and rain showers, I needed a quick fix to prevent my headliner, rugs and leather interior from being damaged. I visited the service department without an appointment and Service Manager Myles Leavitt took the initiative to address the problem, order the missing part for overnight delivery, and scheduled a glass install the very next day. He also took care of the paperwork for the certified pre-owned warranty claim. Impressive to say the least since I did not purchase or service my X3 from this dealership. Thank you again for getting my vehicle back on the road quickly! More
Not very efficent I made appointments for 2 cars at 10 am on the same day assuming they would be worked on at the same time (efficient). If they knew that in advance we could have worked on one car then brought the other in (efficient). In stead one can was returned one on the day then the next one the following day (inefficient). Additionally, one item that required repair wasn't fixed which will require an additional appointment (inefficient). More

Also at that visit met with sales staff who assisted me in planning for my next vehicle. Staff at reception (bela)as well as sales ( Mr Whitney) and the two agents who worked with me on the routine service request and then the emergency one were welcoming, wonderfully helpful and informative. rremarkable behavior and assistance. thanks rsb More
Top notch across the board from scheduling the work to picking up my X1 afterwards, all was provided in excellent fashion as I have come to expect from this dealership. As an aside, one disappointing thing that did occur is I requested for someone from Sales to contact me about possibly purchasing a new X1 ... unfortunately, no one from Sales bothered to follow up on my request .. so, I will likely pursue the purchase with other BMW dealers in the greater Boston area. The lack of follow up surprised me as we have purchased 4 or 5 new BMWs from this dealership over the past 6 to 7 years. Chest la vie ... More

THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER I called BMW Cape Cod Service Department for 4 days in a row beginning on 6/11/20. Finally, Christine answered the call. She was very pleasant. She told me that the first available appointment was 6/26/20 at 9:30am. (11 days away).Explained to her that the car was displaying a tire pressure error message and that it would not reset even after tires were inflated to pressure stated in the manual. I tried to reset the display error message but it could NOT be reset. I showed up for the appointment at 9:30 on 6/26. I explained the error message to the employee checking in service appointments. Employee stated the car would probably be ready in an hour if I wanted to wait. I had other appointments, so I left. I returned to the dealership at 11:25. The Employee called my office at 11:20 and stated that the car was not ready. My office called me, but I was entering the dealership when they reached me. The employee explained that my car was not ready. I told him that I could not wait and needed my car ASAP. He (same employee) did not go to get my car. I could see my vehicle sitting in the parking lot while I waited. At 12:15 I told the employee again that I needed my car. He stated that it had not been washed. I explained that I could not wait any longer. My car was finally pulled around. There were fingerprints all over the hood. Everything in the glove box was askew and the part needed to remove the lug nuts was stashed in there. The reason for the service appointment was never addressed, which means I have to drive off Cape now to get it fixed. I will NEVER go back to BMW Cape Cod again. The employee that is mentioned in this epistle is not even listed on "the employees you worked with" section of this review questionnaire. I have owned many BMW models over the years. I have never had a problem with a BMW service department/dealership until now. Stay away. Let's see if they remove this review again... More
