I contacted the dealership to have a check engine light addressed. The service department let me know that they could work my vehicle in pretty much any day that week if I could drop off for the whole day. addressed. I picked up my freshly washed and serviced vehicle later that day. Always a great experience bringing my vehicle here for service! More
You asked me for my review, here it is I had just purchased the car from your dealer approximately 2 or 3 weeks before my service appointment. In that time I found the right tire was rubbin I had just purchased the car from your dealer approximately 2 or 3 weeks before my service appointment. In that time I found the right tire was rubbing on the inside fender well cover whenever I made a fairly tight turn. Also that one of the trunk cargo tie down grommets was missing. The last item is the radio looses reception. Its terrible. Not so bad on the highway but locally around town its like I'm driving with an old AM radio from the 70s. When I dropped the car off I showed the service advisor the wheel wheel well issue and head light access panel missing, the missing cargo grommet, (and he also pointed out one was broken) and told him about the radio reception. I even told him the locations to drive the car where I loose reception daily. I dropped the car on Wed at 1:00 and was called with an update about 4:30 telling me they were going to have to order parts and I will be notified when the car is ready. 1) The wheel well rubbing was fixed great. They replaced the rubbing piece and also the missing headlight access cover. Thank you. 2) The trunk grommet that was missing was installed but the broken one was not replaced. (Not the end of the world but I was disappointed) 3) I did get my state inspection sticker taken care of at the same visit Thank you. 4) And now for the radio issue. When the advisor called me and said the radio was all "checked out and no faults recorded he also stated that's normal for "LIKE MODEL CARS". Seriously? I traded in a 2013 328i and that radio never ever faded out like this one. I could turn the knob for the station control and pretty much every other click get a station. Not this car! I drove my sons 2015 428i with no fade issues in the same areas. I had a co worker listen to the station I listen to in his 2013 X5 with no fading issues. I was told maybe the original owners used XM radio and that's why they never had an issue......Well that doesn't have anything to do with me. It does have the Harmon Kardon package and defiantly didn't expect this. More

Pretty Good - Brought in car for rubbing noise when braking I get my 2007 BMW 335 XI serviced at this dealership regularly. I brought in the car for a persistent rubbing noise while braking and an AWD, ABS & DS I get my 2007 BMW 335 XI serviced at this dealership regularly. I brought in the car for a persistent rubbing noise while braking and an AWD, ABS & DSC system fault. The problem was diagnosed as a front left axel boot leak and a broken front left axel. Those were replaced along with two front struts. The total bill was a little under $4,000. The car was dropped off on a Friday morning and picked up the following Wednesday once the parts were delivered and the repair completed.I was provided with an X3 M40i loaner which was very nice! When I picked up the car and drove it off the lot, I noticed that the rubbing sound had not been fixed and that the fluids had not been topped off as the car needed a half quart of oil and the Windshield Washer Fluid light was on. I returned the car to the dealer promptly and pointed out the issues and was issued the loaner again. The customer service rep was apologetic and took the car back in to have the front brakes checked. The rotors were machined and the brakes pads given a new surface. the car was test driven and the problem was corrected. The vehicle was delivered the following day without additional charge which I appreciated. The customer service representative was cordial and polite and helpful in determining the problem and acting to address it promptly. More
