Disappointing service visit, usually no complaints. Poor communication. Dropped my car off early for a 9 am appointment. No updates all day. Took two text messages and a voice mail before I got a call that communication. Dropped my car off early for a 9 am appointment. No updates all day. When I arrived the first thing I was asked to do was sign, without any explanation of what had been done. Will request another service advisor next time More
