Have taken my car in 2 x now for brake issues they indicated that my rotors had rust on them and they wanted close to $800 to resurface rotors, that are basically brand new along with pads. I have an indicated that my rotors had rust on them and they wanted close to $800 to resurface rotors, that are basically brand new along with pads. I have an extended warranty on the vehicle ,but yet they tried to charge me $150 for a diagnostic fee to tell me there’s rust on my rotors not very happy with the service .nothing was done!! Still have same problems More

Kennedy and the service department always deliver! I brought my car in for a glove box replacement (which BMW covered 50%) and was informed I needed a few other services.
