I appreciate that the Tech Jeff was persistent and took time to speak with me to learn more about the issue when he couldn’t find the source after the first testing attempts. They cleaned the interior beautifully too which was a bonus with the mess my doggies create with their dusty paws. More

Thank goodness for the new ownership, service staff, and building that represents BMW of Cape Cod. Rebecca in the service department is outstanding, as is the manager of the department. No more long, overnight trips to Boston; the best is now here. More

I went in to get my car diagnosed and get my driver door handle installed. Diagnosis was fine. Wheel speed sensor bad. They could not install handle. Expansion tank leak. Tipical for tank. Mr. Talbot's service was excellent. My family and I went for a vacation in Cape Cod and we accidentally hit the post of gas station. It was quite bad, as our rear windshield was completely shattered. We were told by BMW road assistance to go to his dealership. I didn't know how to approach anyone when we reached there. The first person I saw and talked to happened to be Brian, the General Manager. He directed us to the right people that could help us and they all turned out to be excellent. He even drove us to the nearest Wendy's for lunch because we didn't eat yet and it was not safe to cross the street on foot. After our car was done being repaired, he even called us to make sure we were fine and that we would be able to safely travel back to Canada. Mr. Talbot is a valuable asset for BMW.
