Above and Beyond Service - Love my car! I leased an X1 in July 2015. Christine Dumas was my salesperson. When I decided exactly what I wanted, she found it and then actually drove it back herself (250 miles) when the other dealership couldn't deliver just so I could have it in time for my birthday. Who does that? Everything from test drive (Tues) to driving off the lot with my car (Fri) was a great experience. I felt pampered it was such a pleasant experience! My Encore experience the following week was good, too. It's very helpful to have someone show me how to use all the technology, much easier than reading a manual. I am loving my car and loving the idea of not having to worry about maintanence for the next 3 years! More

Customer Service I called about a used BMW today to see if it was available. First call was at 12:32.. i was told by the lady i spoke with that she would make sure if I called about a used BMW today to see if it was available. First call was at 12:32.. i was told by the lady i spoke with that she would make sure if was there and call me back shortly. I calles back at 1;37 and spoke to the same lady. She said she was STILL checking on it and that she thought an employee had boughf it. She stated again that she would call me back shortly. It is nkw 3:50 and I still have not heard back. Very disappointed !!! More
