We were interested in purchasing a used BMW after a large tree branch fell on our 15 year old car, smashing it. Nothing else online could compare with the prices and quality that BMW of Chattanooga had to offer. After we bought the car, the next day we realized that the back passenger window would not roll up. We called the dealership and they got our car right in that morning and fixed it for free. The door ended up needing a new motor for the window, so it was extremely courteous for BMW of Chattanooga to replace it free of charge. Really great service all the way around! More
