I am a long time BMW fan but I don't ever like the process of dealing with car sales people. I never gave the sense that i would buy necessarily (because it was true) but he never (not once) broke the line of pushing, leading, cajoling etc… Instead, he allowed me to process... all the while being incredibly resourceful… no over-statements, no smoke… courteous and straight up…. The rest of the staff were supportive in a similar way. It was exceptionally pleasent all around… Thanks Aaron! More
