We got a great deal from a great Client Adviser, Christine Dumas, on the BMW X3 that we wanted to purchase. This is our third new BMW and the second X3 so we knew what we were looking for. We first tried local dealers and found them either overpriced or their inventory did not meet our needs. We then started searching the internet and fortunately, we found Christine who had the right car at the right price. There was no haggling over price as it was priced right to begin with. We were concerned about valuing our trade-in 600 miles away but a few emailed photos and it worked out very well. We were a little apprehensive about driving 600 miles with the possibility that they could totally reappraise our car upon our arrival. When we arrived the new car was very well presented, we were very cordially welcomed by Christine, and no one went over our trade-in with a microscope. The actual purchasing process was very professional with no surprises. Christine was very knowledgeable on the operation of the new BMW and explained its operation to us in detail. The bottom line is that we got the new car we wanted at a very good price and they were very fair with the price for our trade-in. Everything was handled in a very professional and enjoyable manner by both Christine and BMW of Chattanooga and I would highly recommend them. More
