I have been treated better at this dealership than any other dealership I have dealt with in Chattanooga, and I have used about 7 different ones in the past 30 years. Purchasing my car from BMW of Chattanooga was a great experience. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, as is the case in many car dealerships. However, I was treated as if I were buying their most expensive car. They went out of their way to keep in contact with me and make sure I am happy with my car. My salesman was David Goforth. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was polite and a very sweet person. He showed great concern that I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend him to anyone. All of the employees of the dealership that I had contact with were just super nice. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or this salesman to anyone. I am very impressed that you are not forgotten as soon as you drive off their lot. They have kept in touch with me continually offering their help if there is a problem.
