Outstanding car-buying experience! Tyde McIntosh worked very hard to ensure I was pleased with the trade-in value of my 2007 BMW, and got a good price for the 2011 BMW I purchased. All of the folks at the very hard to ensure I was pleased with the trade-in value of my 2007 BMW, and got a good price for the 2011 BMW I purchased. All of the folks at the dealership were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with throughout this process. I have bought quite a few vehicles over the years (for myself and for the family), and this was easily the best and easiest car-buying experience I have ever had. well i came into the delership on a friday night just to look around and i met jonathan lickliter and told him what i was looking for and he sat down with me and showed me what he had in stock.he was very h look around and i met jonathan lickliter and told him what i was looking for and he sat down with me and showed me what he had in stock.he was very helpful.i picked out a 2008 335i and he had the finance department look to see if i would be able to get that car and i was approved.and i got my first bmw that night i was very happy .jonathan is a great sales person he is very friendly and showes that he cares about the customer.and when it comes time to trade up to a newer model i will go back to bmw of chattanooga and talk to jonathan.thanks for making my dreams come true.sincerly barry mullins. Wow is all I can say about BMW of Chattanooga! I bought my 2007 CPO in 08 and Tyde knocked it out of the park. I never once felt pressured or rushed. Tyde was trustworthy and honest! I have using BMW of Chattanooga for quite some time. The consistency of care, professionalism and quality of work have always been ideal. Frankly, the care that is shown through service is the primary indicator as to the value of the dealership for me and my family. BMW's cost a little more than some of the brands out there... However, because of dealerships like BMW of Chattanooga and their incredible staff, every dime is justified - and then some. I can not imagine purchasing from or servicing with anyone else. Monica Parker and John Cantrell are genuine assets to this dealership and we appreciate the extra mile they are always willing to go. More

I recently purchased an awesome car that I can't rave enough about. Doug helped me find a car that was within my price range. I was looking for a very difficult car to find being that I had a certain p enough about. Doug helped me find a car that was within my price range. I was looking for a very difficult car to find being that I had a certain price range and wasn't willing to purchase just any car because it fell within that range. Doug continued to look for cars for me and would email me different cars on a regular basis. He didn't give up helping me even though it was difficult to find a car I would say "yes" to. He continued to be helpful and friendly even after finding me multiple cars over approximately two months that I didn't want. Once he did find the car he knew I would want he contacted me immediately and let me know that it was the one. It indeed was the one and I love this car. I can't recommend Doug or the BMW of Chattanooga highly enough. More
