I recently purchased an awesome car that I can't rave enough about. Doug helped me find a car that was within my price range. Doug continued to look for cars for me and would email me different cars on a regular basis. He didn't give up helping me even though it was difficult to find a car I would say "yes" to. He continued to be helpful and friendly even after finding me multiple cars over approximately two months that I didn't want. Once he did find the car he knew I would want he contacted me immediately and let me know that it was the one. It indeed was the one and I love this car. I can't recommend Doug or the BMW of Chattanooga highly enough. More

After comparing each dealer, I decided to go to BMW of Chattanooga for a visit. There I met Isabel Ober, a very charming and charismatic young lady. She was very knowledgeable about the BMW line. She answered all my questions and introduced me to the new car sales manager who was equally as personable. We did not reach an agreeable price the first day, but did reach one that I was happy with in the next few days. In dealing with Isabel my wife and I enjoyed an extremely comfortable atmosphere. We were made to feel at home with none of the added pressures you receive from other dealers. This is absolutely a great experience and we are looking forward to prolonging it for many years to come. I had a 2002 BMW 330CI that needed a lot of work done on it and it had over 148,000 miles on it. I really wanted to trade for another BMW, even another used one but newer model. There just wasn't anything it and it had over 148,000 miles on it. I really wanted to trade for another BMW, even another used one but newer model. There just wasn't anything available that I could afford. But Christine took the initiave and asked if there was any other car I would consider. I mentioned the VW. She right away figured trade in and payments and got it worked out so that I could aford the car. I was expecting a Beetle, but instead when I went out to see the car I didn't see a VW, instead I saw a beautiful black coup sitting in front outside. Cristine told me that was my car and I couldn't believe it. On top of that it was a hard top convertable. I could not have been happier! Naturally after driving two BMW convertables, I wanted another BMW, but it was luck before. It is hard to drive any other car after driving the "LEAN, MEAN DRIVING MACHINE!" but I have adjusted pretty well and am enjoying my "new" car, thanks to Christine. I also mentioned Jeremy because he has since had to repair and replace the left sun visor that was broken.
