Shaun let me take the vehicle overnight to show my wife and was a true expert on the BMW product. I drive from Dayton (Beavercreek suburb) to have each of my BMWs serviced at BMW of Cincinnati North because they have the best service and the best staff. Now I know that I will also buy my next BMW there. Why? Because Shaun is so easy to work with, he treats the customer right, and has the customers best interest at heart.
