Our original purpose of visiting the store was to look at an exterior color of an X5 35i we were considering purchasing out of state. We left a couple of hours later with a fully loaded X5 50i, at a fantastic purchase price! The purchase was solely based on our needs and wants, not for a single moment did we ever feel we were being sold. In addition to these critical factors, the customer service is dynamite, the facility is attractive, and the accommodations are top notch. We visited every BMW store in Cincy and Dayton plus a hand full of other luxury car stores, BMW of Cincinnati North is in an elite class of their own. More

I would suggest looking for opportunities to connect service with bodywork - I asked for someone from the body shop to take a look and it was a bit of a foreign concept - Dana initially suggested I take it down there. She did pivot quickly however when I suggested this should be something the team should be able to take care of. The estimate was there when i picked the car up but I was a little surprised how high for a relatively small defect. More

Lindsey then contacted me and explained all of my options, what was available and said if we didn’t see anything in their stock that she would order the car any way my wife wanted it. We ended up buying a 2017 BMW 530i for my wife. Lindsey Harper made that entire experience so easy and so much fun. You can tell that she is really passionate about the brand. I liked the experience of dealing with Lindsey so much, that 5 weeks later I called her and inquired on a new 2018 BMW M4. This was a car we would have to order. Lindsey was extremely thorough in explaining all facets of the car and the ordering process. She was so patient when I made a few changes to my order along the way. She honestly seemed as excited as I was for my first M vehicle. She even asked if I would like her to get my new M4 tinted before I took deliver and I did! She was always one-step ahead and seriously made both of our BMW purchases stress free and a lot fo fun.
