Diagnosed my problem. Chris took my complaint about excessive oil consumption seriously, and didn’t just tell me that it was “normal” to use a qt of oil every 1500-2000 mil Chris took my complaint about excessive oil consumption seriously, and didn’t just tell me that it was “normal” to use a qt of oil every 1500-2000 miles, like other BMW dealers have. Problem was traced to a faulty oil separator — again something no one else had suggested. I will get this fixed next month when I return from a trip. More

Stress Free Drove 2 Hrs. to visit this dealership because they had the best selection of BMW's in a 150 mile radius of our home. The drive was well worth it! We were greeted by Jason Maudlin and we told him what we were looking for and he brought the vehicle out front for us to test drive. He answered all of our questions, did not pressure us in any way and gave us our space to discuss things between ourselves. Tyler Schmidt was the Product Genius who went with us on our test drive and was very helpful in answering all of our questions that came up on our drive. Mike Donohue handled the paperwork and was very pleasant to deal with as well. Jason and Tyler stayed after hours to make sure we were well versed on all the functions of the vehicle before we left the dealership. They all treated us great and would highly recommend them. More
