Excellent BMW435 Service appointment Wanted to say thanks to Chris Owens for taking care of me yesterday. I came in right at 7:30am and he had me in my loaner (nice X3!) in 10 minutes. Wanted to say thanks to Chris Owens for taking care of me yesterday. I came in right at 7:30am and he had me in my loaner (nice X3!) in 10 minutes. The work got completed on time and I was able to pick up my 435 convertible (which was all washed and vacuumed!) at 5:15pm just when I needed it completed.
