I see so many great reviews for new car purchases at this dealer, which makes me even more upset about the horrible experience I had last week purchasing a used BMW. My first BMW, and first experience with this dealer. In short, my salesperson Clay M. Pushed and pressured me for a deposit on the very first phone call, before ever seethe vehicle, then made me wait two weeks to see the car, claiming it was being inspected and sent for reconditioning. The day before the scheduled test drive, sends me an email with over $1000 in added charges to the asking price of the vehicle! He explained that the charges were for paint protection that they “add to ever vehicle they sell”. Non negotiable! I thought these sleezy sales tactics died decades ago…. Nope, and at a BMW dealer no less! Undaunted, I drove the vehicle, was told no discount would be possible. Undaunted, purchased the vehicle, I really liked it. Now home for a few days, it is painfully obvious that this vehicle was not “reconditioned “ at all, there are scuffs on the paint that I easily removed with buffing compound, definitely did not get a $1000 detail and pain protection. Disgusting experience. How would I ever want to go back to that dealer again? Unclear if the salesman lies, a lot. Or the dealership systematically inflates it’s advertised prices? More

I purchased a 2020 BMW 530i from BMW of Cincinnati North last month. On a Thursday I went in and Brad Schultz quickly helped me as I was walking around the lot. Brad helped me work thru some trade in delays, held the car for me till I could come down to finalize the deal, and had answers and advice to every question I had. The whole buying experience was a dream come true, from sales to the finance dept., to delivery of the car. When you work with the professionals at BMW Cincinnati you'll get the best car buying experience you could hope for period. Quit looking all over the state for the "best deal", get down to Cincinnati ask for Brad Schultz and see what real pro's can do about putting you in your dream car. On a lighter note, I'm pretty sure if you buy a "M" car, Brad will see that you get a matching new BMW ball hat. Thanks Brad...........lol More

Upon my interest in test driving the 230I XDrive, Brad went above and beyond to answer my questions and he even took a video walk around of the car!
