From the moment we walked through the door I worked with Michael Naveh on purchasing a new BMW X5, this dealership is a class act by all parameters. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted warmly, and this continued ..... to the time we drove off the lot in a new vehicle . I am not often moved by service good enough to make me write a review but this dealership was so far and beyond any car buying experience I have had in 40 years that I felt compelled to write a review . If you go to this dealership I strongly suggest you seek Michael Naveh . I'm sure all the staff here is excellent but I personally work with Michael and he is by far a true class act. Unfortunately the ranking system will only allow you to give a maximum of five stars,Michael deserves 10 . He called me personally the day after we purchased our vehicle just to see how we were doing and if we made it home safely, we drove to Cincinnati from Maryland to purchase this vehicle. How many times has a salesman, a car salesman in particular, called you after the purchase to follow up. More

I certainly have and will recommend this dealership to others. I shard with Michael that a previous experience was not the best and made me feel uncomfortable, but this visit lead to the acquisition/leasing of my dream car and washed away the past experience.
