Poor service!! I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership in the past. I still own one of them. I have called 4 times over the last two days to speak to s I have bought two new vehicles from this dealership in the past. I still own one of them. I have called 4 times over the last two days to speak to someone regarding a repair and I continually get voicemail or a rude operator who brusquely sends me to the parts department (for a service question) where I get voicemail. Terrible service. Even the BMW store is better than this. More

Fantastic Dealership We had a mechanical issue with 2006 530i when on travel to Cincinnati. They looked at my car the very next day but repairs were over $5000. Chose to replace the car with a 2016 certified preowned 2016 535i X drive. They gave me a good price and this car had the M sport package I was looking for.
