Overall great experience Jason and Ed did a great job. Prior to coming in for the purchase, they both provided great support throughout the negotiation process. Once I arrived Jason and Ed did a great job. Prior to coming in for the purchase, they both provided great support throughout the negotiation process. Once I arrived, they made it very easy to complete the transaction. The only negative has been since buying the car trying to connect with Jake (BMW genius). After leaving 2 voice mails (which were not returned), I called Jason who had him call me. Since then, Jake hasn’t called me back to setup the encore. Other than this issue, it was an outstanding experience. More
