They quoted me $7,000 to fix my sunroof. I had someone else fix it in under 30 minutes and a fraction of the price. The issue wasn't what was quoted to me. It feels scammy. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service and the woman at the front attempted to charge me full price when it was covered. Considering it was already a planned service, the price should have been no woman at the front attempted to charge me full price when it was covered. Considering it was already a planned service, the price should have been noted as well. Throughout the service, I would get updates and had to correct Alba multiple times as her updates were never accurate. The language barrier created more questions than necessary and complicated the process. I was also disappointed because there were issues with my vehicle found on this visit but I was here just last week and nothing noted. My vehicle didn’t deteriorate in one week so either the job wasn’t done thoroughly the first time and I was robbed of a proper service or the condition of my car magically worsened in the span of a week without any excessive driving on my part. For this reason, I’ll stick to my regular advisor at BMW Clear Lake, Lukas, who always completes the job and communicates accurately. More
