After reviewing your concern, we do want to clarify that damage caused by outside influences is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which is why the repair was not eligible for coverage in this case. That said, we always aim to assist our customers as much as possible, and Nick did apply a discount to the repair to help reduce the cost under the circumstances. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and we regret that your experience left you feeling this way. Thank you for replying, But there was no damage from anything I have done I tried to explain my self but truly no one even tried to hear my side of things. Which made the experience even worse. I really don’t have peace of mind driving this car truly. I did not cause the damage I explained to them thoroughly what happened but they made it seem like I was just saying things. I’m not a hard person to deal with. Now I’m just afraid of it rains hard again they will pop out I know they don’t usually do that but that does not mean it hasn’t happened because it has and I experienced it. Harry was kind, Nick was not kind regardless of him gave me a discount I’m Also a business owner I understand there’s only so much he can do as well but that is no way to treat a customer. I even bought an extended service package from you guys I could have just backed out of it cause of the way Nick talked to me. Thank you Johnnathan 🙏
