Was pleased with how quickly the repair was done. However, this was an insurance claim, and they overcharged for labor. Now I may have to make up the difference from what Progressive will pay. I want to share an amazing experience I had with the BMW Clear Lake. Starting from the first call I made until the very last minute the service was superb. I want to specifically acknowledge three people. F Clear Lake. Starting from the first call I made until the very last minute the service was superb. I want to specifically acknowledge three people. First, my sales consultant, Mr. Yusuf Ozcelik. His patience, attention to details and my specific needs, professionalism, and knowledge made me feel like a VIP. I came on the busiest day of the week and the month, but he devoted as much time as needed. From the first minute he greeted me, I knew I was in great hands. He was with me through the entire time I was at the dealership, made sure I got the best deal, and was 100% satisfied with my choice and the entire process. Even after I bought the car, he stayed in touch to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I wanted to ship my car to a different state. He came on his day off to show me the state of the car and to comfort me that everything was taken care of. A second person I want to acknowledge is the finance manager, Anthony McDermott. He patiently went with me through every charge, every option, provided advice based on my needs, and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. And finally, the climate and culture within any organization starts from the leadership. Randy Stine, general manager, creates a sense of family for employees and the best customer experience for customers. I purchased many cars from different dealerships, but this one is by far absolutely the best. Thank you, the entire team. More
Very closely environment until my make was ran without my permission. Something’s were addressed but not taken care of. Scratches on the rim, color fading from air vent and minor scratches on vehicle. Thi permission. Something’s were addressed but not taken care of. Scratches on the rim, color fading from air vent and minor scratches on vehicle. This is a 2024 vehicle which will have flaws. I do understand why this BMW vehicle was not certified. More
