We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication regarding the labor charge for replacing the cabin air filter. On BMW vehicles, replacing a cabin filter is not always as simple as opening the glove box. In most models, the technician must carefully remove panels and components to access the filter, which requires additional time and labor. We understand how this may not have been clear at the time, and we regret any frustration it caused.
